The house is located in a gated residence of 40 houses. It has two floors and a roof terrace that offers a wonderful scenic view over the sea and the nearby cliff trails. You can enjoy the community swimming pool, landscaping and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The virgin trails at the back of the residence offer a great terrain for trekkers, bikers, horse riders and runners. The house offers great outdoors areas such as a cozy garden with a sitting area and a lunch table for 6. Moreover, a roof terrace is available where you will enjoy a lovely sea view and be able to relax with you friends. Finally, the master bedroom offers a terrace looking over the sea. The house has three rooms which can hold up to 7 guests. The kitchen, dining and living room all three form a great entertaining area where families can share moments together. The space is brightened up by an atrium which allows light to flow through. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. A flat screen TV and a DVD player is available as well as over 100 movies. Guests will also enjoy a variety of Spanish books. A friend will help you when you arrive and during your stay. Inside the gated community, each house has one parking spot that you will be able to use. If you need more parking space, you can have a free parking on the street outside the gate. Public Bus travels to the town of Conil all the way to the residence. The bus stop is directly in front of the residence. The swimming pool is open between 15 June to 15 September.
