Stylish ground floor apartment with full amenities. It is a ground floor apartment with a separate entrance to the apartment. The apartment is located in a dining room with a kitchen, a room with a sofa bed for two people and a double bed separated by an optical partition. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen equipment for cooking is complete for a family of 4-6 if necessary. The apartment is very airy and the rooms are divided only visually by a partition. There's a small multifunctional TV in the apartment. The space The house dates back to 1892 and the interior was renovated in 2020. The house will continue to be renovated in the outdoor areas. There's a parking lot in front of the house for up to five cars. In the left part of the front door there is a safe with a key to the house and apartment. There are 5 steps to the house and after opening the front door you will enter a large hallway. Your apartment is the first door on the right. After entering the apartment, you will find yourself in a room where there is a dining table and behind the partition in front of you is a kitchen unit with an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher and complete equipment. To the left of the entrance to the apartment is the bathroom door and the second door to the toilet. Behind the dining room you will find a sofa with storage space that can be easily unfolded for sleeping. Furthermore, the double bed is separated by an optical partition. The apartment is situated to be airy and therefore no doors are installed between the rooms. They are always connected only by an optical partition. In the bathroom, you can use the automatic washing machine if necessary. Detergents and toilet paper can be found under the sink. You have the option of locking the bikes in the garden under the shed or in a separate room in the house. Guest access Parking is provided in the parking lot in front of the house for up to 5 cars. There is a regular bus service to the village. Other things to note The house dates back to 1892. The interior spaces are renovated. In the future, the house will be reconstructed from the outside and will receive a new facade in the original style.
