GRANDMOTHER'S HOUSE, very clean, quiet and bright with private entrance. In the SOUTERRAIN of a PRIVATE HOUSE with a relaxed personal atmosphere. Completely repainted in 2022. CRAFTSMEN/FITTERS ONLY WITH A DEPOSIT OF €200!!! The space The 45-square-meter apartment is suitable for tourists, business travelers, trade fair visitors, companions of patients of St. Adolf Stift as well as accompanying young people from the age of 14. Unfortunately, fitters and craftsmen are only allowed with a deposit of €200!!! Unfortunately, the apartment is NOT suitable for families with children under the age of 14 or for dogs. What to expect - Private entrance - Contactless check-in/out possible (key box) - Quiet and sparkling clean - without mold and mildew stains (completely renovated in 2022) - spacious bedroom with 1 queen size bed and 2 single beds - New mattresses - Towels and bed linen included - Sofa in the living room that can be converted into a bed for 1 person - small "kitchen" with KM plus pads (Senseo), kettle, toaster, multifunctional microwave, sink, fridge with 3* freezer - Pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil dish soap, sponge and brush, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper - Beautiful sunny outdoor seating area overlooking the countryside (Grill on request) - Covered, wind-protected smoking area - Shopping center 150 away - Free parking - Bicycle rental (fee) - Garage on request for a fee - Central but quiet location - Numerous restaurants and 2 bakeries nearby - Bus line 136 to HH Bergedorf only 300 m away - HVV area - Close to the A1, A24 and A25 There is NO - Dishwasher - Stove/oven - Range hood in the kitchen - Washing machine These are the house rules 1. Check in from 3 pm Check out by 10 am 2. Quiet hours from 10 pm until 7:00 am 3. Smoking corner closed from 10:00 pm closed 4. Bringing/using of brought hotplates or grill plates is prohibited 5. Please wash dishes before departure before departure and put away again 6. Please dispose of garbage yourself before departure, including waste glass and deposit bottles. 7. Smoking and parties are prohibited in the apartment 8. The apartment is to be left swept clean upon departure 9. After cooking or showering, depending on the season, cross-ventilate for 5-10 minutes!!! So that the overnight prices do not have to be increased, it would be good if you help to save energy at the moment. Therefore, please do not heat unnecessarily and consume hot water. Thank you!!! The apartment has a cozy ceiling height of ONLY 2.02 m! If you have problems climbing stairs, a 5* accommodation is expected for the low price, you should better look for another accommodation ;) The apartment in my house from the 60s is simple but very lovingly designed and tastefully decorated in shabby chic. All pictures clearly show what my guests can expect ;) So take a close look so that no false expectations arise. Guest access The stairs to the apartment lead down in the hallway. A separate house key is available. Since I live here myself, I like to receive my guests personally ;-) There is also a key safe next to the front door for self check-in. Then you can check in whenever you want. You will receive the code shortly before arrival. Other things to note The Adolf Stift is a few minutes' walk away. Bicycles/motorcycles can be safely parked in my garage for a small fee. Free parking in front of the door, as well as all shopping facilities for daily needs as well as two breakfast cafés and numerous restaurants. An ATM, gas station and pharmacy are also within walking distance. The Reinbeker Schloss with its many beautiful exhibitions and events is worth a trip, perhaps followed by a drink, coffee and cake or a good meal at Bringezus in the Schlosspark am Mühlenteich.
