Indoor apartment, very clean, quiet and bright with private entrance. In the BASEMENT of a PRIVATE HOUSE with a relaxed personal atmosphere. Completely repainted in 2022. The space The 45 sqm apartment is suitable for tourists, business travelers, trade fair visitors, companions of patients of the St. Adolf Stifts and accompanying young people from the age of 14. Fitters and craftsmen unfortunately only on a deposit of €200!!! Unfortunately, the apartment is NOT suitable for families with children under the age of 14 as well as for accompanying dogs. Microwave, sink, fridge m.3* GF - Feffer, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil Sink, sponge & brush, Garbage bags, ZeWa and Toi PaperSchöner Sunny Exterior Seating with views of the countryside (BBQ on request) - Covered wind-protected There is a smoking area - shopping center 150 away -free parking - bike rental ( fee ) -Garage on request Fee -tentral but in a secluded location - Numerous restaurants and 2 bakeries nearby -Bus line 136 to HH Bergedorf only 300 m away -HHV area Close to A1, A24 and A25 You can'T DO THAT -Dishwasher -Room/Oven - Exercise hood i.d. kitchen -WaMa This is the house rules 1. Check-in from 3 p.m. Check out until 10:00 am 2. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm until 07:00 3. Smoking area from 22:00 closed 4. Bringing/ Using stained hotplates or grill plates is prohibited 5. Please have dishes before departure wash up and put away again 6. Please garbage yourself before departure disposed of, including used glass and Plates. 7. Smoking and parties are in the apartment is prohibited 8. The apartment is upon departure to be left swept clean 9. After cooking or Showers depending on season for 5-10 minutes cross ventilation!!! So that the nightly prices do not have to be increased, it would be good if you help save energy at the moment. Therefore, please do not heat unnecessarily and use warm water. Thank you!!! The apartment has a cozy ceiling height of ONLY 2.02 m! If you have problems with stairs, a 5* accommodation is expected for the low price , you should better look for another accommodation;) The apartment in my house from the 60s is simple but very lovingly designed and tastefully furnished in the shabby chick. All pictures clearly show what awaits my guests;) So take a close look so that no false expectations arise. Guest access The stairs to the apartment leads down right in the hallway. A private house key is available. Since I live here myself, I gladly receive my guests personally ;-) There is also a key safe next to the front door for a self check-in. Then you can check in when you want. You can find the code shortly before arrival. Other things to note The Adolf Stift is only a few minutes' walk away. Bikes/motorbikes can be safely stored in my garage against a small obolus. Free parking in front of the door, as well as all shopping facilities for daily needs as well as two breakfast cafes and numerous restaurants. An ATM, gas station, and pharmacy are also within walking distance. Reinbeker Schloss with its many beautiful exhibitions and events is worth a trip, perhaps afterwards with a drink, coffee & cake or a good meal at Bringezus in the castle park at the Mühlenteich.
