Crossing the main entrance you access the parking area which allows you to reach the large garden. The apartment of about 400 square meters is on the ground floor and has the following characteristics: -4 bedrooms with the addition of loungers can accommodate up to 12 people; - 2 bathrooms; - a kitchen equipped with dining room and living room; - Equipped laundry room; - 3 large hallways equipped with living rooms. The apartment is equipped with hair dryer , iron ,TV. The space Villa Zagara is perfect for a summer vacation: the size of the villa, the privacy of the area in which it is located, the green that surrounds it make it special. Villa ZAGARA is located just 7 km away from the sea. The Calabrian coast boasts the most beautiful beaches in the world, with its 800 km of coastline bathed by two seas, the Ionian and the Tyrrhenian Sea; full of romantic rocky coves, solitary bays and wonderful beaches where you can treat yourself to very sweet hours of relaxation and enjoy the sun of the summer vacation at its best. For mountain lovers, there are two locations, just a 15/20 min drive away, which you can't help but visit: “La Scialata” (San Giovanni di gerace) and “i Piani della Menta” (Grotteria). Also noteworthy is the proximity to some of the most beautiful attractions in the area such as the Cattolica di Stilo, Gerace, etc. Other things to note Another service that I will offer my guests is the possibility, upon reservation, to have lunch or dinner in a wonderful garden, owned by me, adjacent to the Villa Zagara. The dishes that will be served will be typical of Calabrian cuisine (menu from 15 to 20 €).
