The kitchen is fully equipped with two stoves, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers, plus a massive dining table that seats 12 and a breakfast bar for 7 more. Entertainment Hub: The game room is the home’s social headquarters, featuring a regulation-size pool table, a Multicade arcade system, a whole-house sound system, and a large Smart TV. Outdoor Living x2: Enjoy two levels of outdoor space. Relax by the outdoor fireplace on the upper deck or soak in the private hot tub tucked away on the lower patio. Four supersized picnic tables ensure everyone can dine alfresco. House Rules: No Prom or Grad groups. Must be 25+ to book. Security: A signed Occupancy Agreement and a copy of your Driver's License are required to finalize your stay. Guest access - You can go directly to the house. - Lake Harmony Estates is not a gated community. - The house comes with 12 Beach Passes. You can purchase additional passes at the beach if you need more ( Single-Day Pass or 7-Day Pass). The beach parking lot is located at Wood Street and S Lake Drive. Only credit cards are accepted at the beach. (Lake Harmony Estates Only) - Leave All 12 Beach Passes at the property before you Check Out. A $35.00 Replacement Fee will be charged for each missing Beach Pass. - Please Note: Hot Tub will be locked upon arrival, for Safety. The Key is located inside the house, in a lock box on the wall, near the door leading out to the Hot Tub. Enter code listed on box. Key is inside. - Planning to fish during your stay? Persons age 16 and over are required to have a PA Fishing License. - Call Pocono Mountain Rentals-Guest Services Option 3, if you have any questions or concerns while staying at the house. Other things to note - Parking is NOT permitted on any road or shoulder within Lake Harmony Estates, Fines will be assessed. - Driveway Limited to 8 vehicles. - The property has an EV Charger. • It is not a Tesla Super charger. • It is a Level two charger. • Takes about 4 to 6 hours to charger a typical EV sedan from empty to full. • It is compatible with all EV cars except Tesla. • Tesla drivers should purchase an adapter for their EV car in order to charge. - There is a Bear Box at the end of the driveway with trash cans inside. - The Gas Fireplace is Thermostat adjusted. (See wall for Thermostat labeled- Fireplace) - Linens and Towels Are Included. The house comes with Bath towels, 1 hand towel per bathroom, 1 bathmat per bathroom and a set of kitchen towels. The beds have pillows, linens and a light quilt. - Please Note: Hot Tub will be locked upon arrival, for Safety.
