The Rik House

The Rik House is a nice apartment for two people plus a child / boy, in fact the bedroom is big and there is a third single bed. The apartment is only 350/400 meters from the central square and within 200 meters there are all the essential services, such as mini market, bar, bakery, ATM, postal services, Carabinieri station, emergency room, Medical doctors, stationery, pizzeria, Typical foods, gym, park. IUN P2101 CIN 091063B4000F3995 The space The Apartment has a beautiful veranda who overlooks to the garden equipped with a table, four woody chairs, an appreciated rocking chair and an hand made sofa. The House had everything you need to spend a comfortable holiday in Orosei. a little but well equipped kitchen room with a microwave, a coffee machine, an induction cooker, toast machine. The Bathroom is not a small one, it has a washing machine inside, a shower, hair dryer. The apartment is furnished with another table and chairs inside in the kitchen, 3 beds (1 is double bed and one is single in the same room). Other stuff in the Rik House: TV, Wifi Internet, hot water, vacuum, air conditioned (warm and cool), iron, clotheshorse. Guest access Our guests can use for their exclusive use the veranda, half garden next the veranda, and the house of course. Other things to note Important, since 2022 Orosei introduced the tourist tax which must be pay at your arrival and charges 1 euro per day per person (only adults and kids over 12 year old) The terrace are for the exclusive use of our customers. Cot will be provided by request for free. The wifi password will be given upon arrival on site. We ask our guests the utmost care in the use and cleaning of the house to allow even those who come after them to take full advantage of the home. It is not permitted to make parties, noise or loud music as other people reside in the same building. For any requests, demands or emergency we are always at your disposal. The Apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults. Bed linen and bathroom towel set (1 big, 1 medium and 1 small) are provided for free. Please note that we also provide essentials: - 2 rolls of toilet paper, - Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and towels. - 2 Cushions per person. - Soap for hands - Dish soap - 1 beach umbrella - Washing machine soap.
