We would like to invite you to our spacious family house with a wonderful terrace and large garden; approx. 120 square meters of living space in Löhne-Ort, in the middle of the Ravensberger Hügelland, very close to the Werre. The house is located outside the town center, about 1.5 km from the A30 highway exit (Kirchlengern). A quick connection towards Bad Oeynhausen, Melle and Osnabrück. Shopping facilities can also be found nearby; the nearest bakery is about 1.5 km away. The space Due to the special design of the rooms, we have created a place to relax and unwind, because each room gives the feeling of being in another place in the world. On the upper floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed / 1 x double bed – 1.40 m) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. The first floor includes a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, as well as living and dining room. The entire living area is equipped with underfloor heating; a pellet stove provides a "crackling" adventure on cold or dark evenings. The covered terrace adjacent to the living room offers space for cozy hours outdoors. A pond system lets your thoughts come to rest. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the basement.
