FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS -Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in and/or immediate removal. The property is not available under any circumstances for commercial use or illegal activities. The property is not available for holding large parties or events where people who are not staying at the property are on premises, without notifying management. Any large event or party held at the house must be discussed with management prior to booking/reserving the property or it will result in immediate termination of stay and possible/probable police involvement during the event/party. *SECURITY DEPOSIT - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500. *CHECK IN - After 2 p.m. CHECK OUT 11 a.m. *LATE CHECK OUT PENALTY - Penalty for late check out is $50.00 Lost of stolen items: Any items observed to be missing from the house after a guest has left will be at the expense of the guest. Such items include and dishes, towels, sheets or bed spreads and any decorations or furniture in and about the residence. SEPTIC SYSTEM on premises. Do not throw ANY feminine products into the toilets. No "flushable" wipes to be thrown into the toilets. nNo oil or rendered fat to be washed down the sinks. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Any items observed to be missing from the house after a guest has left will be at the expense of the guest. Such items include any dishes, towels, sheets or bed spreads and any decorations or furniture in and about the residence. *SMOKERS - DO NOT smoke in the house. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping. Do Not discard butts in the yard or driveways. DISREGARDING THESE RULES - Our first priority is to provide a great experience during your stay. The above rules are in place to remind our guests that we care about our property and our neighbors. Disregarding them may result in forfeiture of your security deposit, damage claims, or even the sudden cancellation of your stay. ********CHECK OUT - INSTRUCTIONS******** -Please put used towels in laundry basket/hamper -Leave used beds unmade so it is known to clean the sheets. -Put dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it. Wash any dishes too big for dishwasher by hand. Do not put stove top pans or dutch oven in the dishwasher. -Please sweep ALL floors -Please do a quick wipe of anything messy and trash in the outside can. -Make sure all doors are locked. -Additional fee of $150 leaning fee will be added after checkout if house is left without the above cleaning done.
