Barley - 1 bed apartment: Box: easy travel to Bath

One of two apartments in the heart of Box, a popular village only 15 mins bus or drive from Bath. In a previous life, the building was a skittle alley for The Lamb Inn but that rang time in the 1960s and is now our home. The units are a mix of country and modern, with oak beams and doors and atmospheric lighting. A stylish, light and comfy space with a homely feel, attention to detail and a little touch of luxury. Tea, coffee, milk and cookies are provided. The space The private entrance is up five stone steps and through the left hand oak door. The hallway leads through to the living area with a fully fitted kitchen, sofa, Smart TV and a dining area. A comfy window seat offers a great spot to sit and enjoy views across the valley. Through to the bedroom and a 1200 pocket sprung kingsize bed, with 100% cotton white linens, will see you sleep soundly. This can be split into two singles if required. The corner wardrobe has generous hanging space and room to store cases. You can choose to lie in bed and star gaze through the skylight, or use the remote control to operate a blackout blind. There is a wall-mounted smart TV for late-night movies or lazy mornings. Both the living space and bedroom have sockets with USB points for easy charging. Underfloor heating is throughout. The en-suite has a 1100cm wide shower featuring a rain style and hand held shower. It also has a shaver point, heated towel rail, white fluffy bath sheet, hand towel and flannel, Cole & Lewis toiletries including liquid hand soap, body and hair shampoo, body lotion and a few other little extras. Guest access Barley is a private apartment with its own entrance. Other things to note Tea, coffee, milk and cookies are provided. A noon checkout is automatically given for Sunday departures.
