The space La Casetta is a 38-square-meter mini house built with local and sustainable materials, designed in every detail to blend in with the beautiful green landscape surrounding it. Accessible from a private entrance, the Casetta is all on the ground floor and overlooks the large garden full of flowers and your private pool. It consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a small, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, fridge with freezer compartment, and microwave). A photovoltaic system on the roof generates clean energy and powers the Casetta. YOUR EXCLUSIVE GARDEN EXPERIENCE In the garden, you will find your private 6x3-meter pool, the sun terrace with comfortable loungers, the large fenced-in park measuring 1,000 square meters, relaxation areas, plenty of trees and flowers, a hammock, a pond with water lilies and goldfish, and an outdoor sitting area with a wood-burning fire pit for your evenings spent stargazing. Everything is for your exclusive use. It will be just you, in perfect tranquility and absolute privacy. In the spring and autumn months, the pool is heated by the sun, thanks to solar panels, to a temperature of 28 degrees during daylight hours and on sunny days. The water will be pleasantly warm, perfect for a dip, after which you can warm up in the sun on your comfortable poolside loungers. Here, you can rest and recharge, waking to the sound of birdsong and savoring every moment of the day in harmony with nature. Everything is designed to ensure your privacy, autonomy, and relaxation. DESIGN DETAILS AND AMENITIES Large windows overlook the garden, the woods and the private pool; a skylight frames a corner of the sky, allowing you to fall asleep gazing at the stars (it can be completely darkened with an automated system). Wood is the hallmark of the Little House's interior: every piece of furniture has been created by us, through our artisanal business, NaturAS. The bedroom also features a distinctive wooden mezzanine located 2 meters above the floor and accessible via a stepladder (suitable for adults or children aged 8 and up). Upon advance request, extra services are available for a fee for a camping cot for young children or a folding bed. It is equipped with a smart TV in the bedroom with a Tivùsat system (which also picks up the main foreign channels), free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electric heating, mosquito nets, free adjacent parking, and an electric car charging station (the latter service is for a fee). Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price. For weekly stays (7 nights), a change of towels halfway through the stay is included. In the Little House, you'll find a complimentary supply of coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil, and vinegar for your day of arrival. In the garden, you'll find a complimentary supply of firewood for your fire pit. Any subsequent supplies cost €6 per basket. You will have a washing machine at your disposal, free to use, in a dedicated room just a short walk from the Little House. To dry your clothes, you can use a portable outdoor clothesline (use of the dryer is also available for a fee). OPTIONAL BREAKFAST SERVICE Breakfast can be requested. Featuring wholesome, organic, and local products, it is delivered in two large picnic baskets, hung outside your front door every morning, so that you can start your day at a leisurely pace and in your private spaces. Breakfast has an additional cost to the stay, equal to €18 per day for one person; €26 for two people. INTERACTION WITH THE HOSTS AND OTHER GUESTS From your Little House and the garden, you may catch a glimpse of other people in the distance: us hosts, or the guests of our other two accommodations, but no one will intrude on your space. Only we, the hosts, will carry out daily cleaning and maintenance in the garden and pool, early in the morning and for about 30 minutes. We live in the small village, less than 100 meters from the Cottage, and we will always be at your disposal for any needs and to give you all the information you need to explore the area, which is full of natural, cultural, and culinary attractions and still far from mass tourism. We look forward to seeing you! HOUSE RULES AND YOUR DOG If you bring your dog with you, he or she will be welcome. Your dog's stay must be arranged at the time of booking, and you will be asked to specify its habits and needs to ensure a peaceful vacation. You can let your dog roam freely in your private garden, but it will be forbidden to let it enter the pool. You will also need to call your dog to heel if there are instances of repeated barking. We have dogs and cats, but they stay in separate areas. The private garden of the Little House measures 1,000 square meters and is fully fenced with a tight-mesh wire fence to prevent even the smallest dogs from escaping (height approx. 1.5 meters). You will access the garden through a gate for your exclusive use. We ask that you take the utmost care of the house and its furnishings: in the event of damage or the need for extraordinary cleaning due to accidental incidents caused by people or animals, the costs of restoration or replacement will be charged. Finally, please note that nudity is prohibited. NOTES ON THE SURROUNDINGS Our location is strategic: the tranquility of the mountains at an altitude of 700 meters, but close to various regional experiences, all less than an hour's drive away: NATURE, HIKING, AND CYCLING: Start walking, hiking, or cycling right from the cottage. You are close to the beautiful CICIU DEL VILLAR NATURE RESERVE and to charming Alpine and Occitan villages, such as RORE, TORRETTE or CHIANALE, which is listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy. ALPINE CHALLENGES: Tackle the Colle dell'Agnello (2,748 m) – the second-highest mountain pass in Italy that can be crossed by car – or drive further to visit Saint-Véran, the highest municipality in Europe that is inhabited year-round! WINE AND FOOD: The surrounding area offers exceptional local cuisine at good prices, including the famous regional dish, Ravioles della Valle Varaita. The area is known for MUSHROOMS AND CHESTNUTS. For wine lovers, the famous LANGHE area is nearby for tastings and to experience the Alba White Truffle (in autumn). ART AND HISTORY (UNESCO): Discover medieval towns such as SALUZZO, CUNEO, and MONDOVÌ. Explore UNESCO heritage sites, including the ROYAL RESIDENCE of Racconigi, MANTA CASTLE and STAFFARDA ABBEY. Guest access La Casetta is located just 2 km from the town of Rossana (Cn), in a very small village consisting of only 7 houses, surrounded by greenery and woods. You will arrive here very easily by taking the hilly paved road, which is uphill for a short stretch, with a couple of hairpin turns. Only the last 200 meters are on a gravel road, but the road is easy and completely flat, easily accessible by any vehicle. Parking is outdoors and adjacent to the property. The access is independent. Return is free at any time. La Casetta, its garden, and pool are all for you. There are no places or moments of sharing with other Guests or people. Only we hosts, who live about 100 meters from the Casetta, will be at your disposal if needed or if you want. When you arrive here we will personally welcome you and give you all the information to enjoy your private spaces in autonomy and privacy. If you need to arrive later than 8:00 pm, we will send you all the instructions to access the Casetta on your own and we will meet the next day, at the reception, for the registration of your identity documents. In the workshop, it is precisely those features that guide us in bringing the wood back to life. Naturas' wooden jewelry and luminous sculptures are unique, unrepeatable, entirely handmade pieces. They are often personalized, because they unite the recipient with the personality and subtle energy of the tree of origin. During your stay, you can create your unique and personalized wooden jewel with your creativity and your hands. Together we will choose the tree that has the energy that best represents you, we will observe the characteristic that most fascinates you of its wood, we will design the shape and, with the help of the workshop machinery, we will create your personal wooden jewel that you will take home as a souvenir of your holiday.
