If you are planning a nice holiday in the comfort of your own home, our apartments in Büyükada, which are within a 10-12 minute walk to the pier and located within the site, offer you, our valued guests, the pleasure of having a nice holiday in Istanbul with their magnificent garden and nature view. The space -Executive Apart Apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-storey building. - Air conditioning is only available in the living room (hall). -Our apartment is limited to a maximum of 7 guests and no guests are accepted other than the specified number of people. -Our communal pool in the site is shared with 6 apartments and 2 villas. -All our guests staying in the apart hotel have the right to use the pool. -The pool, which is operated seasonally, is open between April 23 and October 30 every year. -The pool is active between 08:00 - 20:00. - In order to ensure that our other guests have a peaceful holiday, disturbing activities such as listening to loud music and parties are strictly not allowed in our apartments and due to their location. - We would like to state that a minor (under 18 years of age) a relative (Mother, Father) of a minor (under 18 years of age) cannot stay in our hotel. - Pets are not allowed. - There is no car service to the hotel. Legislation - Hotel Customer Relations Article 51: The customer is fully responsible for any damages and losses caused to the hotel by himself/herself, his/her companions or guests, or persons under his/her responsibility. Article 53: The hotel management may immediately terminate the contract with the customer who does not comply with the goodwill rules. In the event that the customer commits a serious crime or has a contagious disease, the hotel official terminates the contract. Note: There is no reception service within the facility due to the presence of multiple branches. Guests who will stay at the hotel are required to check in at our office located at Nizam Mah. 23 Nisan Cad. No: 9. All guests staying at the time of check-in are required to provide their ID or passport information. Pursuant to the relevant articles of the Identity Notification Law No. 1774, which is applied for hotels upon the declaration of the General Directorate of Security, there is an obligation to notify the law enforcement officers of the accommodation activities. Do not rent to local and foreign persons who do not present their identity with an official valid document. Remind the person you rent the house to on a daily basis that they should notify you if they have guests. If there are guests staying, log them into the system.
