Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it is ideal for families and groups of friends, whether you're planning a short getaway or an extended stay. Guests have access to the shared pool, landscaped outdoor spaces, garden seating areas, and open-air dining areas. The apartment features four separate bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the essential amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The bright and airy interiors have been thoughtfully designed to help you feel at home throughout your visit. Restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, seaside walking paths, and the ferry pier are approximately a 15-minute walk away. Although Büyükada is just a short ferry ride from Istanbul, its slower pace, natural surroundings, and tranquil atmosphere create a completely different experience from the city. Please note: The swimming pool, garden, and outdoor common areas are shared with other guests staying on the property. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Other things to note - There is air conditioning only in the living-room - The apartment is on the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building - The outdoor pool is shared with 6 apartments and 2 villas within the property site. - The shared pool is available between 08:00 and 21:00. - Barbecues, grills, and open fires are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. - The pool is open annually between April 23rd and October 30th. - The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee - Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee - If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION To comply with local regulations (Turkish Law No. 1774, dated 26/06/1973), all guests are required to provide valid ID or passport details before check-in.
