Parking is in front to the house. Nearest shop and restaurant is about 100 meters on foot. It is 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The best solution is to have car or rent a moto. In the hot summer with motorbike you can really enjoy visiting many beaches of Sithonia which are about 10km far. The most known is Orange beach with blue flag another Valti, Kriaritsi, Kalamitsi, Porto Kufo and many other private surrounded by the rocks all with soft sand... There are buses to Thessaloniki, but they do not keep time line. Best is to come by car and rent a small motorbike. The house is situated near the center on the hill with view of whole village the valley all the way up to the sea and on the opposite site is mount Kukos. Explore the small tiny traditional streets of the village the old school and the old orthodox church , and you can be in the nearest beach in 10 min and enjoy the beautifull green-blue clear water and the golden sand of Halkidiki. You can also organise small daily trips to close really interesting places like mount Holomontas after you enjoy your swim to one of the marvellous beach you will find on the way to it, but also visit the traditional beautifull rock-builted village of Parthenonas, the cosmopolitan port and village of Neos Marmaras, the casino in Porto Karras and so much more beautifull places that we can provide you info to visit and see so you can make your stay at Halkidiki really unforgetable memory.
