The Old House

A 200 year old farmhouse converted to offer comfortable accommodation. A large living room with UK and French television and free wifi. A kitchen with dining area and all utilities. The two bedrooms can be set as twin beds or doubles. One bedroom is en suite and the other has the use of a large family shower room with washing machine. Shared pool 12x5 metre with our other 3 bedroom gite. Private garden area with BBQ and clothes airer. All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The space We are in a small hamlet which has a lovely river walk 10 minutes away. The gite is a 5 minute drive St Aulaye where you get all amenities and 10 minutes drive to Aubeterre, voted one of France's most beautiful villages. Guest access Individual gardens and shared communal 3 acre gardens. Use of the bar with darts and board games. Boules court and garden games are available. Other things to note A welcome pack is provided including milk, bread, coffee, tea etc. All duvets, bed linen, towels including pool towels are provided.
