Feel like a home away from home! "Casa Livia" is a traditional stone house on ground floor and first floor. Ground floor: entrance into a sitting/dining room. The sitting - dining room is furnished with a sofa, a cupboard, a large wooden table that can comfortably seat 6 people, a kitchen area with fridge and freezer top, cook stove (four gas burners), toaster, percolator for American coffee, moka for Italian coffee, a separate laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom fully tiled with shower, WC, hand basin, bidet, a hairdryer is available . Stairs lead to upper floor. First floor: The spacious bedroom with matrimonial bed, nightstands with lamp, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. Upon request can be added a single bed for one child or third person in the adjacent room. A bathroom with hand basin and WC. A small and cosy patio area with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella. Travel cot available at no extra cost. Bed linen and towels are provided. Shower soap is provided Open all year around. In our village, Olivola, there aren't any shops or restaurants. Nearby in Serricciolo (4 km from here) you can find a Pizzeria / restaurant, some shops and bar. In Aulla (10 km from here) you can find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, banks, petrol stations, motorway exit... The house is fully heated with radiators in every room.
