It has an area of 180m2 distributed over 3 open floors that can accommodate up to 8 people. It is an ideal apartment for families, business trips, romantic getaways, etc. It has 2 large double beds and 2 large sofa beds. The ground floor is located at San Pedro Street level, on this floor we have the main entrance. Upon entering we find the hall, a furnished kitchen, and dining room with one of the balconies of Hoz del Huécar that give the apartment its name. On this floor we find a staircase access to the upper and lower floors. The lower floor has a window on Calle de Ronda de Julián Romero and the Mirador de Florencio Cañas. On the upper floor we have a bedroom with the 2nd balcony to Hoz del Huécar that gives its name to the apartment, a living room, and full bathroom with bathtub, and another balcony overlooking Calle de San Pedro.
