Casa Teti is part of the ancient Italian villa Amamòse located in the historic village of Bracelli , just 10 minutes by car from the Vara River and 20 minutes from the sea and the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO world heritage site. Teti's house is one of the beautiful apartments in the converted villa Amamòse situated in Bracelli,an historic ligurian village,just 10 minutes drive from the Vara river and 20 minutes from the beautiful Cinque Terre National Park sea (UNESCO world heritage site) The space The villa has just been renovated, trying to fully enhance the elements that make up the architectural tradition of the medieval village and the local farmhouses. It also has a large garden overlooking the beautiful Val di Vara, where each apartment has its own designated area equipped with table and chairs, umbrella and sitting area. The large lawn is also ideal for relaxing on a sunny day, or to play with your children. Casa Teti is one of the beautiful apartments in which the villa has been divided. It spans three levels, and has a separate entrance, direct access to the garden, stone walls and beamed ceilings, 3 bedrooms, a small living room with a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and a living kitchen with a dining table and a small fireplace. The Villa has just been refurbished to a high standard, following all the traditional aesthetic guidelines shared by most of the medieval villages of this area. It has also a huge garden overlooking the beautiful Val di Vara, with plenty of lawns and space for relaxing on a sunny day or children’s play. It is organized to provide each apartment of its own garden area with table and chairs, sun repair umbrellas and outdoor living space. Teti’s house is one of the beautiful apartments in this converted villa. Set on three levels, it has its own private entrance and a direct acess to the beautiful garden, stone walls and wood rafted ceilings, 3 bedrooms, a cosy living room with a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a well refurbished kitchen and a dining area with a tiny fireplace. Guest access It is correct to specify here , since Airbnb gives you the ability to set additional fees only with respect to the number of people, that if you book up to 2 people, a double bedroom will be prepared for you, if you book from 3 to 4 people two double bedrooms will be prepared for you, while the third will be locked or left without sheets, if you book for 5 or 6 people 3 double bedrooms and if you book for 7 or 8 people to 3 double bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room. so if you want to use more rooms than the number of people, you can adjust the above, thank you very much. Relax in the beautiful garden overlooking the valley and enjoy the entire apartment for yourself. We will do our best to always answer all your questions and give you advice on restaurants, places to see and things to do in the area. We will also leave a sheet at the entrance of the apartment, where you can find a list of our favorite restaurants, beautiful trips and activities to do and places, in our opinion, not to be missed. It's very important and quite fair to explain here, since airbnb doesn't allow to set an extra fee on the number of bedrooms used but just on the number of people, that if you wil book for 2 people we will prepare for you 1 doublebedroom , 3or4 people we will prepare for you 2 doublebedrooms , if you will book for5 or 6 people 3 doublebedroom and if you will book for 7 or 8, three doublebedrooms plus the sofabed in the livingroom. So in order to have more rooms available for you than the ones explained above, you will need to book for more people, thank you very much. For those who are unable to meet these schedules, we can only be flexible and only meet the condition that our guests let us know their arrival time at least a week in advance, so that we can organize with our other work commitments.
