Grottammare Mon Amour – Levante

Located in the heart of downtown, very close to restaurants, beach and public transport. You'll love the comfort of the bed, the fan shovels on the bedroom and kitchen ceiling, and, for the hottest days, air conditioning. My place is good for couples and families with kids. It is in a lively area: possible noises at night and morning but, with windows closed and the climate is on, it resolves. Linens not included; extra can be provided. The space The apartment has been renovated, inside, in March 2017 and has an area of about 40 square meters; it has ceilings over 3 meters high, thick walls, windows with taxes and blinds with adjustable fins and it is rented for summer holidays. The wifi is free but has a limitation on maximum traffic consumption. It's composed as follows: - a living kitchen equipped with a window door with access to the terrace and equipped with a dishwasher, ventilated oven, exhaust hood, fridge freezer, 32"LED TV and ceiling fan. There is also one comfortable double sofa bed (very easy to use). - a bedroom with a large deck closet and a double bed; the window door gives access to the same kitchen terrace. It is equipped with an orthopedic net and single sprinkled mattresses that will ensure maximum comfort in order to make summer nights there is also a paddle fan on the ceiling even more pleasant. - a bathroom, accessed from the bedroom, equipped with a very large shower cabin 100x70 cm and washing machine. For air exchange, it has a window with a motorized opening. -a terrace that serves both the bedroom and the kitchen. The terrace overlooks the fruit and vegetable market and the outdoor bistro tables. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are not provided. It can be booked well in advance for an extra fee. It is located on the second floor of a small building of only two total floors, twenty meters from the pedestrian island (Corso Mazzini) and about 150 meters from the sea. The apartment, separated from the railway by three rows of houses, overlooks the fruit and vegetable market and, right below, has a bistro with outdoor tables. All around the property, within 50 meters, the area is served by an oven, bar, an ice cream shop, a butcher, a supermarket, the pharmacy, the tobacco shop, the newsstand and clothing stores and various items. Also, a short walk away is the Ricciotti pine forest with a fenced-in playground for children. This apartment is in the most central and lively area of Grottammare. It is therefore not suitable for those who are looking for tranquility: in the evening you can hear the customers of the bistros and in the early morning the noise of the pedestrians who prepare the daily fruit and vegetable market. For those who are more sensitive to noise, with windows closed and the climate on is no longer a problem. Guest access The whole apartment is available. Other things to note Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are not provided. Extra request can be requested by booking it well in advance. Wifi is provided via a mobile router, so the speed is dependent on the saturation of the GSM cells. -Be a checkout and the next check-in will be scrupulous and specific cleaning and sanitization operations will be applied.
