Grottammare my love - Ponente

This accommodation, about 40 m2, is in the center, close to restaurants, beach and public transport. My place is good for couples and families with kids. Not suitable if you require the tranquility of a secluded house and far from the center as it is in a central and lively area. Linen not provided but can be booked as an extra. The space The apartment, of about 40 m², is on the second floor of a small historic building, has ceilings of over 3 meters high, thick walls and in the kitchen and bathroom windows with blinds and taxes. It is in the center, which is the most lively and bustling part of the city. Wi-Fi is free but with a limited maximum consumption. It's composed as follows: - a kitchen with a 140 cm sofa bed that can be transformed (very easy to use) equipped with a French window with access to the terrace; it is equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, 45cm dishwasher, LCD TV and ceiling fan. - a bedroom with a large bridge wardrobe and a double bed (single pocket spring mattress), with an adjustable side children's bed and a comfortable bookcase. The room has a double-opening window (vasistas and bormal) that overlooks a balcony, not accessible, of another property; the glass is opaque and outside there is a blind that cannot be opened but with adjustable wings. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan. - a dressing room with a washing machine. - a bathroom with a glass shower cabin with a 70 x 90 cm shower tray with a floor. It is located on the second floor of a small building twenty meters from the pedestrian island (Corso Mazzini) and about 150 meters from the sea. It is separated from the railway by three rows of houses; the apartment has a pizzeria with outdoor tables in front. All around the building, within a 50-meter radius, the area is served by an oven, bar, ice cream shop, butcher shop, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsstand and clothing stores and various items. This is the most central and lively area of Grottammare. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are not provided. It can be requested as an extra by booking it well in advance. Wi-Fi is provided via a router on a mobile network, so the speed depends on the saturation of the GSM cells. - Between a check-out and the next check-in, scrupulous and specific cleaning and sanitizing operations will be applied.
