The space The hotel unit has 2 bedrooms, one Qeenbed in room1 and two super single beds in room2. In addition we have sofabed in living as well. All rooms are fitted with airconditioning and wardrobe. The unit is fully furnished with fridge, cooker, wash and dry machine. Your bathroom is fitted with hot shower, towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. The living comes with long study table, TV with various local and overseas channels. The rooms have been sanitised before you check-in. Guest access Everything inside the unit is prepared for you. We’re not afraid to share! Help yourself, as long as you promise to handle with care. There's a dine-in restaurant and luggage storage facility in the building for your convenience. Parking in the building is free and abundant! However, all guests are required to adhere to hotel rules. This is non smoking rooms, no pet, no party or loud music. We do not enter the room for daily cleaning during your stay. Only cleaning upon check-out is applied. This hotel is equipped with CCTV on all corridor and entrance. However, we advise guests to take care of their belongings. We are not responsible for any loss. We offer one complimentary parking space. Additional car entries incur a fee of RM1 per hour, capped at RM10 per entry. This fee will be waived if you spend at least RM10 at the Seni Kitchen restaurant. A kind reminder to ensure yourself enough time to pack and leave nothing behind after your check out. We will not be responsible for your belongings. Our housekeepers are trained to dispose of anything left behind if found, including food and valuables, unless clearly stated as tips. Cleaning Fees The cleaning fee that you paid during booking is for normal house cleaning upon check out. We will collect additional RM30 cleaning fee per sheet if we found blood stains or other temporary stains on sheet upon check-out . For hard and non-removable stains, we will charge at full cost for new replacement. The cost for replacing new sheets as below: 1. Pillow cover @ RM20 each 2. Bed sheet cover @ RM90 each 3. Quilt cover @RM120 each 4. Towel @RM40 each 5. Other cost of items will be displayed in the room.
