Maple place studio

This newly-refurbished nice and relaxing family home provides a comfortable stay in its elegant studio apartment. We are located in the middle of the countryside, only minutes away from picturesque meadows and forests ideal for trekking, cycling or just relaxing romantic walks. Furthermore, the Maple place can also serve as a base from where to visit several major tourist attractions in the area. The space The studio apartment is on the ground floor and shares a yard with the rest of the house, where guests can relax. There are two parking spaces available for guests. The studio apartment is on one level, without stairs. There are four beds available: one double bed, one single bed, and a single sofa bed. Clean sheets are provided. An additional baby crib and chair are available upon request. The apartment has a small bathroom with a shower cabin, equipped with clean towels, hair dryer and a variety of toiletries (toothpaste and brushes, soaps, shampoos, etc.). The kitchenette includes a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, an electric stove with an oven, and all the basic cookware (plates, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.). In front of the entrance, there is a little sitting area where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or an evening drink. The Maple place offers cable TV with over 200 programs in Slovene, Croatian, English, German and Italian. The flat-screen TV can be connected to a USB stick with a wide selection of movies to choose from. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Additionally, the apartment includes an information point with relevant brochures. Guest access The studio apartment is separated from the owner's living area. Guests get their own key, and no one else enters the apartment during their stay. There are two parking places available for the guests' cars. If you are traveling by motorbike or bicycle, you can keep it in the garage. Other things to note The Maple place is run by the Balut family: Matej and Andreja with their 9-year old son, 6-year old daughter and a brave, although somewhat goofy, Airedale Terrier. We are a young family just starting with letting apartments, but we do it with enthusiasm and genuine desire to offer our guests the same kind of happiness and tranquillity that we have found in our beloved region of Green Karst.
