Apartment in a house with a pool and a hot tub

Stay in a beautiful 65 m² apartment, bright and air-conditioned, on the ground floor of a house with a 900 m² plot. It includes two bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The private pool (7x4 m) is accessible from May 15 to September 30 and heated from June 30 to September 15. Optionally, relax in the 5-seater hot tub (from 8am to 10pm). Independent entrance, private shaded terrace, idyllic setting between mountains and lakes for a memorable stay. The space Enjoy a comfortable stay in our cottage where you will have two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with storage, as well as extra sleeping thanks to the sofa bed. All linens are provided at no extra charge. The equipped kitchen (induction hobs, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven...) allows you to prepare delicious meals. Upon arrival, a breakfast kit awaits with orange juice, coffee, and tea. For your relaxing moments, enjoy books, board games and a console, ideal for the rare rainy days. Outside, an expansive private garden and shaded terrace invite you to enjoy your alfresco meals. The swimming pool, fully privatized for our hosts, is accessible from May 15 to September 30. It is heated to 25°C from June 30 to September 15, to ensure optimal comfort. As an option, treat yourself to a wellness break in the 5 seater hot tub (usable from 8am-10pm). Contact us for details. We welcome you from 6:30 p.m. on the day of your arrival for a stay under the sign of relaxation. Warning: unauthorized outside visitors Guest access 5 minutes from the highway exit, you will have very easy access to your accommodation. You can park one car on the property, and there is free public parking 50 meters away. For train travelers: get off at Chamousset station, we can pick you up! (please let us know in advance to check availability). For your privacy, you have a separate entrance to the accommodation. Other things to note For reasons of security, insurance and good management of the property, access to the cottage and its facilities is strictly reserved for people whose names appear on the reservation. No outsiders are allowed to enter the accommodation, including for a simple visit. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement, without the possibility of a refund, and the departure of the entire group.
