Welcome to west Mani! Our open – space suite, made entirely of stone in the settlement of Aghios Nikolaos is waiting for you! Here luxury meets traditional architecture creating an independent residence of high standards with minimal aesthetics and unique atmosphere. Various amenities, careful design, and luxurious details are characteristic of this 40 sq. m. house and guarantee a quiet and relaxing vacation in a space designed to meet the needs of four people. The space The suite is 50 meters away from the sea in the heart of Aghios Nikolaos, just minutes away from Stoupa and Kardamili. It is located in a complex of independent stone-built residences and has a separate, private entrance. A small paved driveway will bring you to the private veranda and the entrance to the suite. In this residence you will find elements of the traditional architecture of the area, such as the stone walls and the wooden beams of the roof, combined with modern equipment and minimal aesthetics. The careful design of the space, the shades of grey and the simple lines create a unique and luxurious atmosphere. The residence is a typical open – space studio with a living room the kitchen and the bedroom while a few internal walls give the necessary sense of privacy in our spacious bathroom. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, some auxiliary tables and a dining table. The sofa opens up into a regular sized double bed to meet the needs of our guests. The dining table and the comfortable chairs complete this area, while small decorative details and unique lamps give some final touches. A bluetooth soundbox, an air – conditioning unit and a security door are also at your disposal. Chill on our comfortable sofa and enjoy the first coffee of the day – the experience will make your day! The kitchen is designed along the same simple lines as the living room in grey and white shades. Equipped with appliances and all the necessary equipment, our kitchen is ideal to prepare all meals of the day (coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, fridge, pots etc). The bedroom area has a built – in bed with a high quality mattress and bedding, bed – side tables, an open closet and a cable TV fixed on the wall. We pay great attention to a restful and healthy sleep, by choosing Coco-mat mattress and bedding made of natural materials. There is also a hair dryer and an iron at your disposal, you will find them in the closet. In the bathroom you will find a spacious shower and all the necessary equipment. The room also has hidden lighting, which is activated by movement for your own convenience. Shampoo, body lotion, hand soap, body cream, bathrobes, towels and Cocomat slippers for each one of our guests are also at your disposal. Our spacious suite has a private veranda with a small sitting area and dim lighting – ideal for a relaxing time. Take your breakfast while enjoying the view to the sea! Guest access Our visitors have access to all areas of the residence as well as the common yard. Other things to note There is no parking space in the complex, however our visitors will not have any problems as there is always parking space on the street in front of the residence. We offer a daily cleaning service and we change the bedding and the towels every 3 days. In our suite our furry friends are welcome! Upon agreement, your pet can be hosted in our place.
