Compact apartment near Food Market + FREE PARKING

PARTIES (birthday, bachelorette other celebrations) CAN BE held at EXTRA FEE. One bedroom apartment in the Oldtown near historic food market which operates every day the whole year. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main Oldtown attractions and about 10 minutes to walk to the ferry to Smiltyne. The apartment is compact, cosy and comfortable to stay for 1 night or even for a week or more for your adventures in Klaipeda. Feel free to cook yourself a meal as everything you need is ready for you. The space The apartment is in the old building which exterior was newly renovated couple of years ago. The apartment itself is cosy and compact, perfect for a couple to stay although there is a sofa-bed and 2 more people can comfortably sleep. Guest access Guests can use everything they find in the apartment according to its purpose. You can watch Netflix, use a washing machine and iron, cook something and/or relax in a bathtub. 1. Check-in from 4pm (unless otherwise agreed). 2. Check-out till 11am (unless otherwise agreed). 3. Smoking in the apartment and on the premises of the house is prohibited. Fine for smoking in the apartment 50 eur. 4. Visitors and/or additional guests in the apartment are not allowed. If necessary, extra guests can be accommodated (at an additional cost). 5. The apartment is not intended for parties, any type of gatherings and/or group stays. 6. Common areas are constantly monitored and recorded by video cameras to ensure our and your safety and compliance. 7. No pets. 8. If the apartment is booked not for yourself but for other guests - it must be agreed in advance and share the contact details of the arriving guests. 9.
