The space This modern 120m2 5.5-room house offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday by the lake and is centrally located for excursions in the Bernese Oberland and Central Switzerland. It has four double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and toilet, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and oven, washing machine and dryer. In front of the friendly and bright dining/living room there is a private terrace with wonderful views over Lake Lungern and the garden seating area (fenced) with direct access to the lake. Located on the western shore of Lake Lungern, shopping facilities are 5-10 minutes and Lungern train station is a 15-minute walk away. WiFi and a garage parking space are included in the rent. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house. Other things to note Accommodation can be booked for a maximum of 8 people (including children and infants). An arrival with more than 8 persons is not possible!
