Logbua - Åna Sira - House on the sea

Fishermans cabin original built in 1935. Renovated in 2016-2017. The house will be rented to people who appreciate the wild and beautiful nature that we have here in Åna Sira. People who would like to experience how it is to live in a house placed on the water where you can in fish directly from the balconies. People that appreciate good cooking and who are able to enjoy the moment. Our goal is to give you as a guest a pleasant stay. Private chef by requests. Delivery service food. ART: Artists love to visit Logbua and art is exposed in the house and is a main part of our concept. Art that you can buy. CAVE: Potholes of brufjell, one of the most visited touristspot in Norway, just 3 km from Logbua house.. SEA: Being around water gives our brains and our senses a rest from overstimulation We can reccomend our guest to do the hiking trip to the potholes of Brufjell but also try some of the other 26 hiking trips in Åna-Sira. Today Logbua is a modern 3 floors house of 150 m2. 5 bedrooms and 3 wellness bathroom. Each room has 2/3 beds organized as single or double. In total 10-12 people can sleep here. Very modern high standard kitchen fully equipped. The house is fully winter isolated. Heated by two heating pumps and two fireplaces the house welcomes in the landscape and seascape in the summer and provides a sturdy sanctuary during the formidable winters along the shore. Heated floors in all bathrooms. Fiber Optic very fast Internet. TV and stereo. The view of the sea and the mountains is unique and increase the realationship between man and nature. To sit down by the fireplace in the living room overlooking the fjord on a stormy day is a wonderful experience, you really feel the closeness to the nature. In Nordic residential buildings the fireplace plays an pivotal part, creating a focal point for everyday living and placing the idea of warmth at the hearth of the home.
