The design is simple and comfortable and it will bring you a great memory in Sun Moon Lake. The space From the Timing House main entrance, you will walk into a small garden and feel the different atmosphere. Three rooms with simple design and the host will make you feel like home. You can also enter from the other side, a towel gift shop, and walk down to the second floor, the public space on the first floor. You could always have a cup of freshly brewed hot coffee or famous Sun Moon Lake black tea here! The first floor is also equipped with a refrigerator and TV, you could enjoy a lazy and laid-back vacation with us. Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you cannot check in before 7:00 PM, please reconsider your booking as late check-in is not available and no refund will be provided. 2. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. A fee of NT$500 will be charged for every 30 minutes exceeded (less than 30 minutes will still be counted as 30 minutes). 3. There is no elevator in the building; stairs are required to access rooms. 4. Luggage handling service is not provided. If you require this service, please reconsider your booking. 5. Parking is not included in the room rate and will incur an additional fee. 6. Please check in with the exact number of guests as per the room type capacity. As the property is located in a renovated old house, please keep noise to a minimum at all times to avoid disturbing other guests. To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, common areas are strictly for registered guests only. No visitors are allowed to enter or use the shared spaces. 11. Upon check-out, please: • Place the room key on the table, • Turn off all electrical appliances, and • Notify us via LINE. 12. Any personal items left behind after check-out will be discarded. If you contact us to retrieve lost items, please collect them within 30 days, or they will be disposed of without notice. 13. Pets are not allowed. If found, your stay will be canceled without refund. 14. Smoking, cooking, alcohol abuse, and betel nut chewing are strictly prohibited in all areas of the property. Violations will lead to cancellation of your stay without refund. 15. In accordance with local regulations, we do not provide disposable personal toiletries. Please bring your own. We only provide shampoo, body wash, towels, and bath towels.
