Mid-Century Inspired Apartment with River Views

You will find this apartment SURPRISINGLY well equipped. It is my home in Lisbon and it is equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable lifestyle. Decorated by Portuguese interior designers Be&Blend, the goal was to create a stylish local home environment with a gentle flavour of Portuguese culture that was ultimately reflected in the patterns of the tissues, the original Portuguese tiles on the frames, and the MADE IN PORTUGAL furniture. The space IMPORTANT: The elevator in the building is being modernised and will be out of order during April 2026. Although it is a relatively small space it was designed with the word comfort in mind. You'll notice this in the most fine details such as the anti-fog system in the bathroom that will keep the mirror visible even in the warmest showers. The apartment is centrally climatized through an embedded air conditioning system. You can easily heat up or cool down any division. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities (including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, spices, coffee and much more). In the living room, you will find a pull-out couch that can accommodate 2 extra people (the EASIEST pull-out couch out there!). There is a very fast WiFi connection and TV with international channels. The TV is smart... so you can install your favourite apps such as NETFLIX or HBO. One of my favourite spots of this home is the lovely balcony with a RIVER VIEW. Nothing more pleasant than relaxing there with a glass of wine. You will certainly have a good night's sleep in our king-size bed (160x200cm). There is also a closet with wood hangers inside for you to organise your clothes. Should you find anything lacking during your stay, rest assured that a simple message to us will elicit an immediate and helpful response. Your comfort is our priority, and we're dedicated to ensuring your time in our snug retreat is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Other things to note The apartment might be relatively small for 4 guests, especially if adults. Nevertheless, the second bed is extremely easy to set up and tidy up. LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: -> A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the apartment is checked and all outstanding bills are settled. -> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs. -> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments. CHECK-IN Self Check-In: Available free of charge with our self-check-in system. In-Person Check-In: Available upon request and subject to an additional fee if done after-hours: - After 8:00 PM: €15 - After 10:00 PM: €25 - After 1:00 AM: €50 Mandatory Check-In Form: All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival. This is required to comply with Portuguese law, which mandates that short-term rental hosts report guest information to the Borders Service (AIMA).
