The space Riganna Two @ Shell Residences is a 28 sqm (300 sqft) brand-new, fully furnished studio unit with a balcony facing the amenities. It is perfect for an individual traveler or for couples who want a luxurious but affordable place to stay. For families or groups, we also have another unit just next door that you can avail of. This cozy unit was designed to offer a hotel-like ambiance with guests' comfort in mind. It has all the luxury amenities and convenience comparable to a 5-Star Hotel; Queen sized bed with 12 inches memory foam mattress, premium bedding/linens from a 5-Star Hotel supplier, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Coffee machine, Wi-Fi, 55” inches Samsung UHD TV with premium HD Channels, complimentary HD movies and a fully functional kitchen. The Bathroom was also designed to give you a SPA-like ambiance and it’s equipped with hot and cold water in the shower and sink, bidet, and hair dryer. Bathroom essentials and premium towels are also provided. We offer free housekeeping for light cleaning and make-up room service once a week for guests staying at least 7 days. Guest access POOL: Guests can have access to the pool but with a minimal fee collected by the Building Admin. Guests are required to pay the fee at the building admin prior to using the pool. Admin is open between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day except during holidays. If your stay falls on a holiday, please let us know in advance if you want to use the pool so we can purchase a pool voucher for you. Bring cash as it is the only mode of payment they accept. VISITORS who are not registered during check-in are not allowed to use the pool. Pool Fees are as follows; Php150 per guest per day on regular days Php300 per guest per day on holidays NECESSITIES: Coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, spas, laundry shops, and beauty salons are located on the strip on the ground floor. PARKING: Ground floor open parking area is available along the strip where the shops are located with the following fees; First 4hours: php50.00 Succeeding hourly rate- Php50.00 Between midnight-0600AM - Php300.00 overnight fee in addition to the total hourly rate Other things to note IMPORTANT: Once the booking is confirmed, we require our guests to email us at least two days prior to the booking date, a scanned copy of their Valid ID (i.e. Passport/Driver's License) of every staying guest as this is a mandatory requirement of the Building Admin and Security. This will ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in. PEST CONTROL We regularly have fumigation and pest control done by a professional company to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests. However, as we are a tropical country with ever-changing weather, some tiny creatures might still find their way into the room and it is nearly impossible to eradicate them 100%. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE OVERLY SENSITIVE TO SEEING TINY INSECTS VISIT AND GREET YOU, otherwise, we seek your understanding and friendliness to them.
