Completely private,Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Florida fashion. Kid and pet friendly with plenty outdoor space with private above ground pool, located less than 5 minutes from the beach. Walkable distance to local shops, restaurants and entertainment. The house has NO cameras inside. We have a ADT alarm system in the living room that has a motion sensor for when the alarm is set on away mode. (If guest want to use it the alarm). We only have cameras outside of the house The space Home with complete kitchen with brand new appliances including coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and all cooking and baking utensils. Plenty of parking. The home has multiple smart TVs and high speed internet. Brand new just installed air conditioner, heater, and celling fans that provide a comfortable environment for those Florida hot summers. We ask our guest to please respect our home, enjoy the holiday and please leave the home as you found it upon arrival. Our house is located in a very quiet dead end street and most of our neighbors lived there for many years We have an above ground pool for our guess to enjoy. If you have kids we ask you to remove the stairs away from the pool when it’s not being used. Note: By making reservations to stay at our house you are agreeing that we are not liable for any incidents in regards to the pool or the property. Guest access All spaces in the house are acceptable to our guest, except for a couple of locked cabinets in the laundry room. Please note that this is an above ground pool!!! If you have any questions about the pool please ask before booking Other things to note THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Pets are allowed. We charge a $150 non-refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats. This house has a standard round above ground. Please note that we provide essential supplies, like toiletries and paper products, to get you started for the first couple of days. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish these items as needed. CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. For home security we do have security cameras with audio recording outside front yard of our property. Note: Host or house owner is NOT liable for any accidents or health related issues on or off property during your stay. By booking this property you are agreeing with host rules and safety terms. All guest are responsible for themselves and additional guest that enters the property during your stay. The house is located in Florida in a area where bugs are expected to be around specially during raining season. SO PLEASE EXPECT BUGS. They are normal in Florida even with pest control servicing our house monthly. Please be aware this is Florida, if you don't want bugs, ants, mosquitos, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs and/or cockroaches in the house make sure you do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bugs and/or animals found in or outside of the property. Note that pest control does service our house monthly and each cleaning we inspect for bugs to try our best to keep them away. TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund.
