Welcome to Mas de Coline! Beautiful living space thanks to its ceiling height! With an unobstructed view of the countryside, in the heart of the Causse... when you get there, you usually say Wow... The cottage is ideally located in a hamlet of Rocamadour in Mayrinhac-le-Francal! 5 minutes from Rocamadour and 7 minutes from Dordogne! Equipped with all amenities, you can also enjoy a large swimming pool and children's games on site... The space Guests will enjoy a spacious attic living space, air-conditioned with: A fully equipped modern kitchen, open to living room. 3 bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor + 1 on the mezzanine a shower room/WC. a separate toilet Your SOUTH facing terrace IS private and without vis-à-vis, you can grill on the barbecue and enjoy the sunrise over the valley! The farmhouse consists of 3 houses, with ours in the center... not opposite the terraces. The swimming area is shared, the swimming pool (chlorine,unheated) is nice and large: 10m x 5m. Onsite games: Swing/gantry Badminton fillet 🏸 little child cottage Little dog who loves to be peted!🤗 Guests can park their car under a shelter. Free WiFi Reversible air conditioning Comprises up to the limit of 150kw consumed of electricity per week. Please note that linens and towels are not provided. Available for rent if desired: €15 double bed set €10 per single bed set €3/set of towels (1 large +1 small ) Included in rental: bathroom mats tea towels Cleaning kit: sponges/paic/etc Cooking basics: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar coffee filter for coffee maker NB: In high season (July-August) for logistical reasons, rental is only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
