The villa is located only 400 meters from the colonnade and 500 meters from the singing fountain, while being practically in the forest. The Spa Hotel Zvezda is 180 meters away, where you can order all possible treatments. There is a paid parking lot 50 meters from the villa, where you can park your car for only 40 CZK per day (1.5 euros). Large rooms (bedroom 19.5 sqm, living room 16 sqm and separate kitchen 12 sqm) together with high ceilings (3.5 meters) make the apartment very airy. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking — fridge, full set of dishes, stove, microwave, oven, sandwich toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. In the living room, two large windows provide good daylight, two "winged" and very comfortable armchairs will allow you to enjoy your favorite book or watch SmartTV (O2TV - 82 channels in different languages). There is also a large fold-out sofa in the living room. It is possible to install one more extra bed. The bedroom has a large bed, bedside tables, reading lights, a large SmartTV (O2TV - 82 channels in different languages). There is real oak parquet in the living room and bedroom. In summer time you can walk through the beautiful parks of the city or in the forest (in August the mushroom season begins here), visit a large number of natural and cultural monuments. Cyclists will appreciate the local trails. For golf lovers, the Royal Golg Club Mariánské Lázně is just 2.5 km away. In winter you can ski - 200 meters from the apartment there are ski lifts and slopes of the Ski resort Mariánky. Our resort is also famous for its cross-country ski trails. By agreement, we can arrange a transfer from Prague or other cities.
