The flat is on the first floor of a residential building in a quiet zone of the village, looking out over empty landscape to one side. As you come in the door, you enter a spacious, bright lounge with a fully equipped kitchen to one side and a big L-shaped sofa (that turns into a sofa-bed) to relax in. There are balcony-style French windows facing south that let in lots of light. There's a TV and portable wifi, and the kitchen is fully equipped: a big fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, 3 hobs, panoply of utensils, and brand new appliances such as toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc. There is also a washing machine up on the roof terrace. The main bedroom has a comfy double bed with a high-quality mattress, vast in-built wardrobes, and a desk/beauty table with a mirror. The single bedroom has a surf-skate style and has a full-length mirror onits big wardrobe as well as a fold-out desk. The flat is simply decorated and the canvas prints are from photos I've taken here over the years, of the beautiful beaches, seascapes, and water. The roof terrace is equipped with 2 sunbeds and garden furniture so you can have your breakfast or dinner out in the open air and enjoy the sun or the balmy evening. Home-made pallet planters hold cacti and succulents that sometimes burst into flower. There's free parking on the street outside, usually available and you'll never have to park far away. There's a bus stop just 20 metres outside the front door, next to the village church and park area with skateboarding ramps. There's another children's park down the road towards the sea and 2 ice-cream parlours within 300 metres...
