Spacious Moab Home w/ Mnt View - Plenty of Parking

Welcome to Moab! Retreat to the deck of this secluded getaway and gaze at the twinkling constellations under a cozy blanket. Located on the corner of highway 191 S and Old airport rd, this is the same road that brings you to Ken's Lake and the Steelbender trail. Only 10 minutes South of downtown and 19 minutes from the entrance to Arches. Inside are a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a big main room w/ foozeball, Xbox, DVDs and 2 giant couches. Great escape from the fast paced world! The space Inside we have a fully stocked kitchen, with full sized refrigerator (we just brought in a new fridge!) and stove. The option to use regular dishes or paper. There are two separate bedrooms, with a queen size beds in each. One day f the bedrooms has an extra queen size mattress stacked. You can pull this into the living room and sleep two more! There is one bathroom with a sink toilet and a shower. The main room is wide open and could fit as many air mattresses as you’d like to bring. We provide a handful of sleeping pads, as well as one extra Matress in the bedroom that you can pull out. The couches are also insanely comfy! We have a dining table with chairs, a foosball table, couches, and a TV with a Blu-Ray player for you to enjoy, Chrome-cast and Xbox. Board Games and DVDs to choose from. Our floor plan is very open and friendly to mountain bikers who want to bring their bikes inside. We have a rack inside by the door for this. The parking lot is perfect for guests who have trailers they want to park or keep attached to their vehicle. It’s very large and no need to back out. There is a grill out back, but we do not currently have propane stocked. A primitive fire pit in the back is allowed outside of fireban season! We provide basics like coffee. :) WiFi is also available! Guest access The whole place is yours to enjoy. Both decks have chairs and there also are fold out chairs to bring outside to watch the stars and roast some smores. We do have one supply and water room, it will be locked. Little fire ring out back and we leave a container with water to put it out fully. This is only allowed outside of fireban season. Other things to note There are extra blankets and pillows in the closet, in the main room, as well as a few sleeping pads, and a mini tent for the kids. A spare mattress is hidden in the second bedroom (blue walls) under the mattress on the bed. Please if you use it, return it to its place, it’s too heavy for one cleaning lady to move on her own. Table ping pong is in the red chest. There is a hair dryer in the bedroom nightstand drawer, as well as a tea cup warmer. We have a bike rack inside, and a ramp to bring your bikes in. The parking lot is huge! Perfect for OHV. We have an above ground water tank. Water is a precious asset here in the dry desert. Please try to be conscientious of your water usage and turn the water off when not using it. If you see a red light under the door of the storage room, please notify us immediately, this is to signify that the water is getting low and we will call our water guy to come refill! Thankyou :)
