We invite you to come stay at our house and have a great time, so we’re not going to harass you with a bunch of personal questions, we don’t have cameras to watch you, we don’t need to meet you to say, “Hi”, we don't ask you to do a bunch of chores, and we won’t nickel and dime you with extra charges. We only ask that you respect the house, the property, and our neighbors. But if you need anything, we’re here for you. Contact free check in/out. No key to pick up. This is a wonderful, comfortable two bedroom cottage built in 1926. It's been fully updated and beautifully furnished with your comfort in mind. The promenade and beach are a mere 1/2 block from the house. Build a bon fire on the beach or stroll down the promenade to the very vibrant downtown Seaside, only minutes away (six blocks). The Seaside Aquarium is literally around the corner! The master bedroom offers to you a King size Casper mattress, the most comfortable mattress on the market. Sleeping in the second bedroom? There's a Casper mattress for you too! It's Queen size, but just as comfy! It also has a convertible sofa/bed in the living room. There's even a Pack 'n Play for the little ones! Karr Beach House on Franklin is a great option if you need more sleeping accommodations. You can't count on sunshine at the Oregon coast, so we have plenty of things for you to do when you're in the house. Enjoy Dish Network on a big screen HD TV. Complimentary Netflix is available through Go0ogle TV and Chromecast, and you're welcome to download and use any other audio/video app you have an account for. There are plenty of board games and books to keep you and your family entertained. WiFi is ready for you to connect all your devices. Going to the beach? We have beach chairs and miscellaneous toys available to you. You'll have access to the entire house! If you need anything, give me a call or text! Quiet neighborhood only blocks from downtown, and 1/2 block to the beach! You can walk to just about everything! The grocery store is a short drive. Please note: There are two beds, King and Queen, and a futon. We're allowed to have six guests, and you're welcome to have six people in your group. Guests of yours are allowed as long as they do not spend the night, exceeding the max occupancy. A Pack 'n Play is also available for the little ones.
