Description
Comfortable 65 m² house located in a charming small village of winegrowers. Backed by the Revermont hills, Rotalier is ideal for visiting the Jura, walks in the forest, mountains or vineyard. Quiet, unobstructed view, parking, air conditioning. Composed of: - Ground floor: 1 bedroom, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living area with large bay window, - Floor: 2 attic and adjoining bedrooms, - Garden of approx. 50 m². Arbor, barbecue and private pool (May to September depending on weather). Weekly discount. The space The bedrooms and kitchen overlook the courtyard. It is specified, in relation to privacy, that the 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs do not have a door. The roof windows are fitted with blackout curtains. Sleeping arrangements upstairs: Double bed + 2 single beds. Sleeping arrangements on the ground floor: Double bed + Double sofa bed in the living room. It is also noted that the slope of the staircase is a little steep (Japanese-style staircase). As for the living space and pool, they have very few neighbors for your tranquility. From the garden you can admire the Château de Rotalier below. From May to mid-September, an arbor and a new barbecue area (charcoal) will enhance your outdoor moments. The pool (7.5 m * 3.8 m) is entirely reserved for the house and is equipped with a safety cover. It will be in service from May to September (probably mid-September depending on the weather). Depth: 1.39 m. You will be enchanted by the calm of the village of Rotalier, away from the influx of tourists. And at the same time you will be ideally located to explore the Jura all around Lons-Le-Saunier. Lons-Le-Saunier and its surroundings have all the assets to seduce lovers of nature, mountains, heritage, gastronomy and wine tourism. Your host also makes available to you: - Free of charge, a common laundry room on the ground floor of the house opposite the courtyard (to share with myself): Washer and dryer, Parking is free in the village. Parking is available in front of the house. For additional vehicles, a collective parking lot is 50 meters from the house in front of the library. Since the lights of the town go out completely at 11 p.m., a 2nd car is tolerated in front of the house. Bikers welcome. Hikers welcome. GR59 The Jurassic escape nearby. Attention: Unfortunately, the house no longer hosts grape pickers. SOME PRACTICAL INFORMATION: - Provided: Bed linens (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases). For information, bed linen is replaced before each new arrival, and it is prepared according to the number of people booked. - Not provided: Towels It may be useful to bring from home: - Bath towels, - Dish towels, - Dishwasher capsules, - Flip flops for your comfort, - Consumables for the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, Nespresso coffee capsules, instant coffee...). Guest access A personal car is highly recommended for shopping and also to fully enjoy local and regional tourism. Otherwise, the village is served 2 km away by the MOBIGO bus line no. LR303 (Lons-Le-Saunier <=> Bourg-en Bresse line). More information on the MOBIGO website. For car rental, see details in the following "Transport" section. Other things to note ACCESS: Coming by the "route de Rotalier" which then becomes the "montée des Tilleuls" you will pass: - in front of the Château de GREA, - then in front of ROTALIER castle. Then when you get to the end of the wall of Rotalier Castle, turn RIGHT and then immediately LEFT. You've arrived! The house is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
