Hello Guests ☀️ The space It is a Spacious apartment, in a good location with many possibilities. With specially selected furniture, a pleasant loft atmosphere and comfort. The hallway leads to a large living/dining room area with a sunny balcony. A modern furnished kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave, stove, oven is at your disposal. The bathroom is modernly designed and furnished, has a large sink with wall mirror of the extra class (integrated Bluetooth speakers), a modern comfortable shower as well as a freestanding bathtub and a toilet with hygienic shower. The bedroom is large and comfortably furnished, with a double bed (1.8 x 2 m), a free-standing wardrobe and a sideboard, a ceiling fan that brings a refreshment when it gets too hot. The living room is equipped with a large living area that can be pulled out. There, two people have enough space to sleep, as well as a large dining table where a family/guests can comfortably eat or sit by candlelight. The Swedish stove makes it warm and cozy. The loft atmosphere can only really be felt in the evening when you have the wall lighting on and the fire is burning in the stove, as well as the natural warmth in the room. In the living room there are still some extras such as a Bose Bluetooth box (Bluetooth connection) and a flat screen TV (55 inches) and the air conditioning (makes it cold and warm). The vacation/leisure apartment is located on the edge of the center of Hügelsheim in a quiet area with lots of greenery. The view from the window leads into the green as well as beautiful nature. A bus stop is right in front of the house. You can reach, for example, Baden Baden after about 10 km, Rastatt about 12 km, Strasbourg about 45 km, Karlsruhe about 35 km. A parking space with the number 7 is right in front of the house or a parking space in front of the garage is at your disposal. The cleaning of the apartment and the laundry service is carried out by arrangement, weekly or shorter (as desired). A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room and are included in the price. Special requests are to ask or agreed upon.
