Old renovated 12th century building in the heart of Balazuc, a medieval village classified as "Most beautiful village in France". River 300 m away, kayaking, walking, hiking, greenway. Many sites nearby. Ruoms, Vogüé, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Aubenas After 4 years of renovation, the old stable of my ancestors has been transformed into spacious and comfortable accommodation. This house brings well-being. The space The house is on two levels, composed of 2 bedrooms, one with walk-in shower, an open space with a desk and additional bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a living room with kitchen, dining room, lounge area, a laundry room with toilet. On the lower floor is a vaulted room, a small living room leading to a courtyard with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning must be done before checkout, for any rental returned not cleaned, the 100 euro fee will be charged. Guest access The house is in front of the town hall, you can park in the parking lot below the church Place Clovis Ranchin.
