The space The apartment "Wald" has a kitchen/dining room as well as a living/sleeping room with its own fireplace, as well as a renovated bathroom with shower. (about 55 m²). The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-zone stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and everything needed for a 5-6 person household. There is a twin bed and a functional bed available. All apartments have satellite TV and Wi-Fi reception. This apartment can be supplemented with the 25 m² apartment "Bach/" which also has a bedroom with a large double bed and an open living concept; "Winter garden" with shower/toilet and, if necessary, a small cooking area. Directly in front of the "Wintergarten" is a small terrace, which can also be reached via the common entrance area. Here there is a grill and appropriate seating at your disposal. The village is centrally located to the nearest major cities such as Attendorn (10 km), Olpe (12 km), Meinerzhagen (14 km) and Drolshagen (10 km), right at the entrance of the Listertalsperre. The Listertalsperre borders the Lister dam directly on the Biggesee, on which 2 excursion boats sail from Attendorn via Sondern to the Olper reservoir. There are numerous tourist attractions to discover in the surrounding area. At a distance of about 150 m from the apartment, we run a small private riding stable with Friesian horses; small riding arena, etc. Here, a play tower was created for our little guests, on which they can let off steam to their heart's content. Guided children's riding or barbecue and campfire evenings, archery, darts - can also be offered here. For guests with their own horse, paddocks for up to 4 horses are available. These are monitored by cameras and you can see your horses directly from your apartment. One or more horse trailers can also be parked here during your vacation. So an ideal place to explore the area with its countless riding trails from here. The apartments have been newly renovated and furnished. In the season until September 2023, only one apartment is offered with a total of max. approx. 85 m² of living space, as well as max. 6 people.  From August 2021, guests can book a hot tub with whirlpool function on the front terrace for a fee.
