The space Brahms 25 is a simple place to stay without great comfort. Price-conscious guests of all ages come to us, many stay for weeks and months for work and training or are looking for an apartment in Regensburg. During the week, we are happy to be booked by craft companies. Especially in summer, however, we also have many cyclists and families and couples passing through. Location / Parking Our location is between the main train station (1,200 m) and the university campus (800 m). The best way to reach us is by train. We offer a few parking spaces for drivers (€4/night each). If you need a parking space, please let us know. Parking in private areas in our area is not allowed. Free parking is available on public property on the street. Check-in / Check-out / Key safe Check-in is between 5 pm and 9 pm. Ring the doorbell Amann Verwaltung / Brahms 25. For an additional charge of €6, we offer early check-in before 5 pm. If you would like to do so, please let us know one day before arrival via Airbnb message. If you can't arrive before 9 pm, please let us know one day before arrival by Airbnb message. If the accommodation is not occupied, we will leave your key in our key safe. You will receive a code via Airbnb message, email or SMS on the day of your arrival. If you have arranged a check-in with a key safe, here are the instructions: You will receive a code for one of 4 key safes no later than the day of arrival. These are located to the left of the entrance door. Enter the code in the correct key safe. The lock will buzz, turn the latch to the right. The door can be opened. You will find your key with the room number and the front door key in the safe. At check-in, you will receive a key for the entire duration of your stay. Check-out is until 10 AM. For an additional charge of €6, we offer late check-out until 2 p.m. Leave your key in the key return box at the front desk. Rooms in general Six of our rooms are on the ground floor. Four rooms are in the basement. The rooms in the basement have only a small basement window and are therefore a bit cheaper. Please check if the room you booked suits your needs. We took photos of each of our rooms, which you can see on airbnb.de. There are no private bathrooms in the rooms, but toilets and bathrooms in the hallway. Everything can be locked. Due to other guests and the simple design of the former office, a certain noise level is to be expected. We provide simple synthetic bed linen and cotton towels. So you don't need to bring them with you. Of course, you should bring shampoo and toothbrush... All rooms are simply equipped with beds and cabinets, table and chairs. The furniture is from IKEA. Five of our rooms have a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. A fully-equipped shared kitchen is at the disposal of all guests. There is a box in the fridge for each room and a compartment for dry things on the shelf. We do not offer breakfast or other meals, but coffee and tea are available. We look forward to seeing you! Sightseeing city maps in various languages to take away are available in the entrance area, and a large city map is also displayed.
