Stay in our accommodation with a beautiful ambience and let it go well.... Our holiday home Villa Ferialis is located in a quiet side street and offers with 45 m² a cozy home on time. The 1.80 m wide double bed offers comfort like at home and the XL shower invites you to relax. A pull-out sofa 1.40 x 1.90 m in the kitchen offers the possibility to accommodate one or two more guests. The functionally equipped kitchen offers all possibilities to prepare a meal yourself. Senseo machine, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, pots, pans, casserole and a cake tin are available. You can let your culinary creativity run wild. The parking space for the car is right outside the door. Discover the surroundings: Marienbaum is a district of Xanten and a well-known place of pilgrimage. As such, it is a popular destination for pilgrims. The church of the small village is also worth a visit. ​ The adjacent Reichswald forest invites you to extensive walks and hikes. If you prefer to go by bike, you can explore the surroundings with our great avenues cycle path, which runs along old railway tracks. For mountain bikers, there are various routes with different demands. But also the surrounding fields, forests and lake landscapes know how to enchant. ​ Follow in the footsteps of the ancient Romans and visit the Xanten Archaeological Park - APX. Whether at special events such as the craftsmen's festival, Roman weekends or the well-known event "Swords, Bread and Games" or during a normal visit to the park, which advertises with numerous guided tours and lectures - the APX shines in every season. ​ You can visit the beautiful little old town of the city of Xanten using our local Bimmelbahn, the "Nibelungen Express". You can also reach local sights on foot or by bike, such as our cathedral, the Kriemhildmühle or the Gothic house. Numerous events take place throughout the year, attracting many visitors. Particularly popular is the Siegfried spectacle, which every year transforms the spa park of the air spa into a medieval camp and entertains the spectators with jugglers, music, medieval delicacies and a knight's tournament. But other events such as the Xanten Oktoberfest, the Action Theater Pirates or various concerts are also extremely popular. Just check the event calendar of the city of Xanten :-) ​ A lot is also offered for the more active holidaymakers. The water ski area, the climbing park or the Xanten South Sea invite you to new adventures. Maybe a tour on the party raft, pedal boating or standup paddling would be the right thing for you. Or you can sail through our lands on a Segway. You like to go by boat, but it is too far to the sea? - Then board the Xanten starfish and take a short tour of our lakes. Or are you a golfer? You can play mini-golf in Xanten at Plaza del Mar. The Landgolfclub Schloss Moyland in the neighboring town also offers visitors the opportunity to play golf. ​ If you prefer a more peaceful atmosphere, you will surely find relaxation when walking through the Xanten spa park or visiting the saline of the climatic spa. ​ Even children are not neglected here.
