Ideally located less than 5 km from Saint-Gaudens, sub-prefecture of Haute-Garonne, this 42 m2 T2 welcomes you in a green setting. Ideal for business stays and vacations. The space The house, located next to ours on the property, is completely autonomous and independent. The rental includes a main room consisting of a dining area with table and chairs, a living area with a new rapido sofa bed (December 2023) in 140 x 190 and a smart TV (USB + HDMI + Chromecast outputs) with dedicated WIFI router! A kitchen equipped with sink, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and small hand coffee maker for two, toaster, juicer, multi-function robot and dishes for 4 people. The second room, closed by a door, consists of the bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed (brand new bedding), a desk, and a closed wardrobe. From the bedroom, you have access to a bathroom with a 90 x 120 shower tray, a sink, a towel dryer radiator and a hanging toilet. Very well insulated house with heating in every room. During periods of very high heat, the accommodation remains cool. Brand new accommodation, created in 2020. IT'S NICE: The bed and cleaning are done upon arrival, tea towels and bath towels (one per person) are available. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept pets, without exception. We love them, but the house is not suitable. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking and smoking at the window is not an option! Parties are forbidden. We refuse motorhomes even for simple parking. A maximum of two cars are allowed to park on the property. No outside visitors. Accommodation for 2 adults. Note: a camera films the entrance to the grounds outdoors. Don't worry about the rest, the maisonette is a private place that we respect! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and garden area behind the rental. Thank you for respecting our privacy as we will respect yours: to each their own green space :) If you want to take a walk, the surroundings are full of nice walks, but our garden is not accessible to guests. Other things to note No pets No parties. No outside guests. 2 cars maximum. 2 people maximum. You can download the Rando Comminges app to find ideas for walks.
