We offer you a cozy apartment with 70 square meters and 3 rooms and a private garden section. Herrlingen is located in the countryside, is only about 8 km from the city center of Ulm - this is easily accessible by car (10 minutes), train (10 minutes +10 minutes walk) or bus, the science city is only a few minutes drive away. Ideal for vacations but also as a location for professional purposes. Herrlingen offers everything you need in terms of infrastructure: baker, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, etc. The space Living room with sofa, sofa bed and armchair bed, TV, closet, DVD player Bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to create a double bed, chest of drawers. Small room with futon sofa, foldable to a futon bed for max. 2 people Kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, table with 4 seats and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet. For longer stays, we offer a dryer and ironing service for a small fee. In the garden you can use a nice section with fruit trees and garden furniture. Basic equipment such as bed linens and towels as well as dish towels are provided by us and are included in the price. Guest access The lower garden section can be used. There are chairs and a table (except in winter) and a bench.
