The home features a stunning living room with a soaring ceiling, skylights, walls of windows, and a wood burning fireplace! You’ll love the wrap-around deck with a beautiful view of the lake located right across the street and our six-person hot tub. Our game room, with pool/ping pong/ Foosball tables, will keep everyone entertained for hours! The home is located in a gated community with many amenities. Large, open concept kitchen and dining room allows for easy entertainment. You will love our wrap around deck with a beautiful view of the lake located right across the street, propane fire pit, grill and our 6 persons hot tub. The casino room features a gorgeous table which LED lights all around the table for some extra fun in the evening. Our huge game room with a pool, ping pong, and Foosball tables, will keep everyone entertained for hours! Whether you want to play a game of billiard, poker or just sit with a book and relax at the upper level sitting area, you will not be bored! Keep the little ones busy as well with a room full of toys. Master bedroom-main level has a King size bed, a crib and a private, newly remodeled, attached master bathroom. Bedroom # 2-located upstairs, has two Queen size beds and a TV, Bedroom #3-located upstairs, has two full size beds and toys for kids. Bedroom #4-located on the lower level, has a King size bed, crib and a workstation. Bedroom #5-located on the lower level, has a Queen size bed and a crib. The top floor has a full-size bathroom with a bathtub and stand-up shower. Main floor has a full bathroom and a tub and shower (master bathroom) as well as half a bathroom in the hallway. Lower level has a full-size bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. Our game room has a pool table, ping pong table, Foosball and an extra full-size refrigerator as well as a futon which sleeps 2. Main level has a poker room with a poker table. There will be a $175 fee for any lost/missing/damaged pool passes. The community has a right to close the pools due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as lack of lifeguards. We do not have control over that, although if we are aware of any issues, we communicate that to our guests immediately. Guest access Guests can access the whole house except locked closets and garage. Other things to note *Guests are urged to purchase travel cancellation insurance. *This is a Gated community. Guests must initially register at the welcome center. Detailed information will be sent in the confirmation email. *No car pass sharing allowed (each registered vehicle will have it's own pass). *We allow up to 6 cars to be parked at the home. *Speed limit of 25 MPH must be followed *No fireworks/flying lanterns within the community *Pets are $100 per pet. *$175 fee for each lost/misplaced/damaged pool pass. *Guests must submit a rental agreement and ID and purchase CSA property damage Insurance ($59 total with coverage up to $1500). Invitation will be sent after the home is booked. *Registration paperwork must be submitted at least 1 week prior to check in to avoid $75 later registration fee. *Trash/recycling must be brought to the trash/recycling cans located outside. Trash pick up is on Monday. We come to the house on Sunday to take the cans to the curb. We do not enter the home at any point. *Guests use amenities at their own risk. *Guests are responsible for tickets received if speeding, parking on the street, calling in Uber, delivery, etc and that driver gets a ticket, etc. Please follow the speeding rules within the community. *Any reservations made 1 week or less, prior to check-in will have additional $75 late registration fee which we must pay to the community.
