The Freistabl house is a quaint Tyrolean farmhouse, around 100 years old, in the Venter Valley above Sölden. Situated at 1,560 metres, it offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains and plenty of tranquillity amidst the natural surroundings of the Ötztal Alps. The Sölden and Obergurgl ski resorts and the Vent family ski resort can be reached in a few minutes by bus or car. The ski bus stop is only 150 m away. Haus Freistabl can accommodate up to 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor, and the large, rustic living room is the central space for evenings spent together. An additional living room on the second floor offers a quiet retreat with a view of the mountains. In summer, hiking, alpine tours and bike tours start right on your doorstep. In winter, you can reach the Sölden, Obergurgl and Vent ski resorts in about 12–20 minutes. The ski bus stop is only 150 metres away. Guest access The entire house is available for the exclusive use of the guests. All living and sleeping areas, the kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor areas can be used freely. The only exception is a locked utility room, which is not part of the guest area. Otherwise, the house is fully available for enjoying a relaxing stay. Other things to note Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the Freistabl building.
