Located on the first floor of the property with independent private terrace, you can also enjoy the park of 4500m2, the heated swimming pool of 50m2 and the private beach on the river Gervanne where young and old can cool off and go exploring . You will also have access to the large vaulted games room where, sheltered from the sun, you will find a summer lounge with billiards and table tennis. The swimming pool, games room and park are shared spaces with the other cottages of our property. The cottage consists of an independent kitchen, a TV lounge with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom and a mezzanine bedroom that is accessed by a miller's staircase. Privatization of the 4 cottages and the large vaulted room possible for family reunions exclusively. Get in touch. We are located 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of the village and 10 minute walk to the swimming beaches of the Drôme . Onsite: Swimming, fishing, hiking departure, BBQ, swing, archery, pétanque and badminton , billiards pool, table tennis and trampoline. Other things to note If necessary we offer a service of rental of bed linen and bath the price is 15eu for a double bed t 10eu for a single bed, provide 6eu/person for towels. If you want to bring your sheets there is a single bed 90cm wide, a double bed 140cm wide.
