The space The property is being revived as a hotel by three young friends who are taking on remodeling and re-energizing this quaint property. The location is ideal: walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, island tours, national historic sites, the inter-island sea plane and the vibrant boardwalk in Christiansted. We are a smoke free hotel and charge a fee of $400 if you smoke in your room. Guest access Shaded terraces with views of the reefs, multiple gardens, tables and chairs for dining around the pool. Other things to note All guest rooms are located up historic, exterior stairways. These stairs are made of coral cut over 200 years ago along with Danish bricks and stone. Due to their historic construction steps may be uneven. Please use handrails. There is no elevator and no bellhop.
