Welcome to the AJ - tér apartment in the heart of downtown Miskolc! . Formerly a small apartment for our large family, now an apartment for the comfort of visitors to our city. The space Our apartment has a large comfortable living room (sofa bed for 2 people + extra bed for 1 person), a bedroom (double bed for 2 people), a kitchen (fully equipped) and a small bathroom (towel + hair dryer + toilet paper) and a balcony overlooking the main street (sofa + armchair + bar stools). Other things to note Our apartment and extras: 0) The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a prefabricated condominium, the walls are not insulated. 1) Parking is possible, but it is paid at certain time intervals (municipal public area). There is no dedicated parking space for the apartment. Parking is paid on weekdays, but free on weekends. Mon-Sun: 08:00-18:00 Paid Sat-Sun: 0-24 Free 2) Smoking is PROHIBITED in the apartment! (If you smoke, please do so on the balcony or around the apartment!) 3) Baby friendly! (If you come with a small child, we provide a crib, a feeder, and a baby bathtub for the kids. The apartment has a large courtyard with a playground where children can relax. No separate key is required for the door to the courtyard.) 4) Pet friendly! (If you can't leave your little pet at home, (dog or cat) we provide a bed and a feeding/drinking bowl for your little pet for an EXTRA CHARGE! Request a quote in a message!
