Ideally located in a strategic area, with parking and supermarkets nearby, it is just a short walk from La Banane and the main points of interest in Cannes: the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, the beaches, the boutiques, Le Suquet, the Forville market, and the train station. Perfect for both leisure and business stays. The space 45 m² one-bedroom apartment located on the courtyard side, featuring a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included, as well as bed linens and towels. Please note that there are several apartments in this category; some details visible in the photos may not correspond to the apartment that will be assigned to you. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site. Other things to note Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 7:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest. Please dispose of your trash before leaving and ensure the kitchen area is clean.
