Please note that this is a traditional lease type of rental. Your room will be cleaned and prepared before you arrive. You will be sharing the bathroom with Room #3 as well as the responsibilities of shared items such as toilet paper, hand soap, etc. You will have to do your own laundry including the towels and bed linen provided.
