Note our home is 60 years old so we have some squeaky floors and our house is not cookie cutter by any means. The bedroom features all brand new furniture with a soft but supportive foam mattress. The room is filled with natural light and has 7 windows. You have a great view of our backyard from the comfort of your bed. There is a 50 inch smart tv that is fit for all your streaming needs. Our backyard is a quite place to relax. With a outdoor sectional, outdoor gas firepit, gas grill and dining table it makes a perfect place to hangout. Swing on our hammock and enjoy the outdoors. Unwind while soaking in the hot tub. We have an internet speed of 700+ mbps. We have a printer/scanner. Guest access Any parts besides the other bedrooms. During your stay I will be at school or studying the majority of the time. My husband works full time. Other things to note This listing is one bedroom in a four bedroom house. My husband, our roomate, and I are in the upstairs portion of the home.
